Millennium bcp is Portugal's largest privately owned Bank, with Retail Banking as its core business. Through a comprehensive range of financial products and services, the Bank serves individuals, businesses and investors in Portugal and the international markets where it operates.

Millennium bcp operates across four continents through retail banking operations, representative offices and/or commercial agreements, serving more than 7.4 million active customers as of the end of June 2026.

The BCP Group has a strong presence in Africa through its banking operation in Mozambique and its stake in Angola through its affiliate BMA. In Europe, the Group operates in Poland through Bank Millennium.

The Group has also maintained a presence in Asia since 1993. In 2010, the scope of its existing branch in Macau was expanded through the granting of a full onshore banking license, with the aim of establishing an international platform to develop business between Europe, China and Portuguese-speaking Africa.

The Bank also has four representative offices - one in the United Kingdom, two in Switzerland and one in Guangzhou, China - as well as two commercial agreements, in France and Angola.

All operations conduct their business under the Millennium brand.

The international operations are an important pillar of the Group's diversification strategy, accounting for more than two-thirds of its total network of 1,161 branches and approximately 61% of its 15,501 employees.

In the first half of 2026, the international operations contributed €183.5 million to the Group's net income before non-controlling interests. Of this amount, Bank Millennium in Poland contributed €166.9 million, while Millennium bim in Mozambique contributed €13.9 million.

Banco Comercial Português, S.A. employs a one-tier management and supervisory model, composed by a Board of Directors, which includes an Executive Committee and an Audit Committee comprised of only non-executive Directors. The company also has a Remuneration and Welfare Board and an International Strategic Board.

In addition, the Group uses a Statutory Auditor and an external auditing firm to audit the individual and consolidated accounts of the Bank, whose appointment was deliberated at the General Meeting.

The BCP Group paid dividends in 2026, with a dividend payment of €0.0344 per share relating to the distribution of 2025 earnings. Shareholder distributions may reach 90% of net income, as approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 7, 2026: 50% through dividends, with the remainder through a share buyback program (SBB), to be determined based on the pro forma CET1 ratio (before distributions) at year-end: if CET1 is below 16%, an SBB of up to 25%; if CET1 is between 16% and 17.5%, an SBB of up to 30%; and if CET1 is 17.5% or higher, an SBB of up to 40%. 2025 activity includes a dividend payout of 50% of 2025 net income and an SBB of 40%.
