Banco Comercial Português, S.A. structures the Corporate Governance Report in compliance with the provisions of the annex to Regulation from CMVM no. 4/2013 and adopts the principles and recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code issued by Instituto Português de Corporate Governance (Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance).
