Complaints and Grievances

If you wish to submit a complaint or grievance to Millennium bcp, you may do so through one of the following channels:

  1. 1. On the website www.millenniumbcp.mo, after logging into your account, via the Banco Mail option and indicating Complaint in the subject line.

  2. 2. By calling Millennium bcp's Contact Center at: (+853) 2878 6769
    • Personalized service available during business hours.
    • The cost of the call depends on the rate agreed with your telecommunications provider.

  3. 3. By using the email address of our Branch under Where you can find us.

  4. 4. By visiting our Branch and presenting your issue personally and in writing if intended.

You must identify yourself by providing your full name and identification document.

Your complaint or grievance may be submitted in Portuguese, Chinese or English.

Please contact us during working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
